chara is awesome but you are right. boychuck has a lot of years left in him as chara does not. i really did not think they would trade boychuck. great pick up by the isles

there's no denying this lineup for the Isles is a substantial leap forward over last year. If reinhart or pulock develop and if dehaan stays healthy our defense is definitely passable for a playoff team.

Sucks to have to move Boychuk but two 2nds and a 3rd isn't a bad return for a team that didn't have much choice. I also think Boychuk looks less stellar playing for the Isle than with the Bruins. Chara was never going anywhere so I think its a pretty fair for both teams.
